"Really slow turnaround"
It just took way too long. Kept waiting. Checking back. Still nothing. Annoying experience overall.

"Decent print, but the colours came out darker"
The print turned out okay overall, but I wouldn’t say it was amazing. The colours were noticeably darker than my original file, and a couple of the edges looked a little soft. Has anyone else had the same issue with their prints coming out darker than expected?
For the price, I guess it was still fair, and the order was usable. I’d probably use them again for simple or everyday stuff, but maybe not for anything too important.

"Proofing was a bit hit or miss"
I ordered some flyers through discountprinting.com.au and needed a hand with the design proof. The support team did get back to me and fixed a couple of things, so that part was helpful, but the whole back-and-forth felt a little slow. The final file turned out fine in the end, but I wish the proofing process had been clearer from the start. Not a bad experience overall, just a bit hit or miss.

"It was alright, just slow"
Service was fine I guess, nothing amazing. They did get back to me eventually, but it took a couple of days and I had to follow up about my order myself. It got sorted in the end, so yeah.

"Prices seem okay, I guess"
The prices are decent overall, though I’m not totally sure I’d call them cheap. Sometimes it feels like a good value, but other times it seems average.

"Delivery was late again"
My delivery never showed up on time, and it’s getting annoying. There were barely any real updates, so I was just left waiting around. Feels like they really dropped the ball on this one.

"Ordering was fine, but I was a little nervous"
The ordering process was okay overall, but the site felt a bit clunky. I ended up double-checking everything a few times because I really didn’t want to risk wasting money on a print that came out wrong. The price seemed fair, so I’m just hoping the final result looks the way it should.
